Dear Parents,
Greetings of the Season!
Wishing you all a very Happy Holi! May Almighty God bless your families with happiness, joy, peace, and prosperity.
Kindly note the schedule for the sale of books. Books will be available at Gyan Sansar, near Bajla Chowk, as per the following dates:
6th March – Pre-Nursery to KG
7th March – Classes 1 & 2
8th March – Classes 5 & 6
9th March – Classes 3 & 4
10th March – Classes 9 & 10
11th March – Classes 7 & 8
The required notebooks (copies) are also available at the same shop. If you purchase them elsewhere, please ensure the following sizes:
Pre-Nursery to Class 2: 18 × 24
Class 3 to Class 10: 21 × 27
Copies should not be very thick and should be of good quality (not cheap quality).
You are also requested to purchase a new set of uniform if the present one has become short, faded, or torn.
The school will reopen on 12th March 2026 and regular classes will follow the normal timetable. Hearty welcome to the New academic year 2026 -27

1) The Annual Results will be declared tomorrow , on 28th February (Saturday) from 9:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m. only.
2) After 11:30 a.m., results will not be issued.
Parents are kindly requested to note the following:
1) Students must clear tuition fees up to March 2026 and bus fees up to February 2026.
2) The required Green Cards must be obtained from the respective offices.
3) Results will not be issued without fulfilling the above requirements.
4) Students must come in proper school uniform and be accompanied by either father or mother.
5) If anyone else comes to collect the result, an authorization letter duly signed by the parents is mandatory.
6) Those who fail to collect the result on or before 7th March will be fined Rs. 100/-.

Dear Parents,

As we gratefully conclude this academic year, I sincerely thank you for your constant support, cooperation, and trust throughout the year. Your partnership has been a great strength to us.

Annual Result Declaration

The Annual Results will be declared on 28th February (Saturday) from 9:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m. only.
After 11:30 a.m., results will not be issued.
Parents are kindly requested to note the following:

Due to the continuous rise in prices of essential commodities and day-to-day operational expenses, there will be a slight increase of Rs. 150/- to Rs. 200/- in the tuition fees from the new academic session.

School Uniform

Students must maintain proper discipline in dress code.
Anyone wearing shabby, short, or torn uniforms — including socks and shoes — must purchase a new set before the reopening of school.

Viewing of Annual Examination Papers

Annual examination answer scripts will not normally be shown to parents.
However, if any parent wishes to see a particular paper, they may do so within four days, up to 3rd March 2026. The Charge : Rs. 500/- per paper.

Textbooks & Copies

Textbooks will be available from 5th March at Gyan Sansar, Bajla Chowk.
The required notebook size should be 24 x 22.

New Academic Session

The new academic session will commence on 12th March.
On the reopening day, Rs. 400/- must be submitted to the class teacher towards the School Diary and ID Card.

हम इस शैक्षणिक वर्ष का समापन कृतज्ञता के साथ कर रहे हैं। पूरे वर्ष आपके निरंतर सहयोग और समर्थन के लिए मैं हृदय से धन्यवाद देती हूँ।

वार्षिक परिणाम घोषणा

वार्षिक परिणाम 28 फरवरी (शनिवार) को प्रातः 9:30 बजे से 11:30 बजे तक ही घोषित किए जाएंगे।
11:30 बजे के बाद परिणाम नहीं दिए जाएंगे।
कृपया निम्नलिखित बातों पर ध्यान दें:
विद्यार्थियों की मार्च 2026 तक की ट्यूशन फीस तथा फरवरी 2026 तक की बस फीस जमा होनी चाहिए।
आवश्यक ग्रीन कार्ड संबंधित कार्यालय से प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।
उपरोक्त शर्तें पूर्ण किए बिना परिणाम जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।
विद्यार्थी पूर्ण विद्यालयी वर्दी में आएं तथा उनके साथ पिता या माता का होना अनिवार्य है।
यदि कोई अन्य व्यक्ति परिणाम लेने आए, तो अभिभावकों द्वारा हस्ताक्षरित अधिकृत पत्र अनिवार्य होगा।
जो विद्यार्थी 7 मार्च तक परिणाम प्राप्त नहीं करेंगे, उन पर ₹100/- का जुर्माना लगाया जाएगा।
आवश्यक वस्तुओं एवं दैनिक खर्चों में निरंतर वृद्धि के कारण नए शैक्षणिक सत्र से ट्यूशन फीस में ₹150/- से ₹200/- तक की वृद्धि की जाएगी।

विद्यालय वर्दी

विद्यार्थियों को वेशभूषा में पूर्ण अनुशासन बनाए रखना होगा।
जिन विद्यार्थियों की ड्रेस छोटी या फट गई हो — जिसमें मोज़े और जूते भी शामिल हैं — उन्हें विद्यालय खुलने से पूर्व नई वर्दी खरीदनी होगी।

वार्षिक परीक्षा की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं का अवलोकन

सामान्यतः उत्तर पुस्तिकाएँ अभिभावकों को नहीं दिखाई जाएंगी।
यदि कोई अभिभावक किसी विशेष विषय की उत्तर पुस्तिका देखना चाहते हैं, तो वे 3 मार्च 2026 तक (चार दिनों के भीतर) देख सकते हैं।

शुल्क: ₹500/- प्रति उत्तर पुस्तिका।

पाठ्यपुस्तकें एवं कॉपियाँ

पाठ्यपुस्तकें 5 मार्च से Gyan Sansar, बजला चौक पर उपलब्ध होंगी।
आवश्यक कॉपी का आकार 24 x 22 होना चाहिए।

नया शैक्षणिक सत्र

नया शैक्षणिक सत्र 12 मार्च से प्रारंभ होगा।
विद्यालय खुलने के दिन प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को ₹400/- कक्षा शिक्षक को विद्यालय डायरी एवं पहचान पत्र के लिए जमा करने होंगे।
