ONLINE FEE PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. Online Fee Payment Facility
ST. ALPHONSA SCHOOL – AAPNA CLASSROOM provides online fee payment through secure
third-party gateway SabPaisa for the convenience of parents.
2. Payment Methods
Payments may be made using UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and other supported
digital methods.
3. Payment Processing & Security
All payments are securely processed via SabPaisa. The school does not store card or banking
details. Transactions are encrypted in transit.
4. Failed Transactions
If amount is debited but receipt not generated, please wait 24-48 hours. If unresolved, contact the
school with transaction ID.
5. Refund Policy
Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate payment, excess
payment, or verified technical error.
6. Refund Process
Refund requests must be sent to alphonsajhingajhal@gmail.com with student details and
transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days to original payment
method.
7. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Banka District, Bihar.
